Many manufacturing processes, including installation ones, include cutting and welding operations. For their implementation, a special tool and consumables are needed. In the assortment of our company there are a number of items of this product, including:

• electrodes. Presented by two groups of products: tungsten electrodes and electrodes for black and stainless steel. Tungsten electrodes are used in argon arc welding of black and stainless steel, including the combination of these materials. We supply lantanized ( WL ) and calibrated ( WT ) electrodes manufactured by Elga ( Sweden ). Cromarod 316L ferrous and stainless steel electrodes of the same roller coated company form suture with high corrosion resistance and are suitable for welding acid-resistant AISI 316 steel;
• stripping discs for ferrous processing and polishing of metals, wood, polymers, as well as processing of welds. We offer FLEXOVIT end petal discs with an abrasive coating made of zirconium corundum. They are distinguished by high productivity and durability. Suitable for cleaning highly alloyed and hard to process alloys;
• cutting discs on stainless steel from a white electric corundum with a bakelite bundle. The size of the nozzle – 22.23 mm ( is the most common ). The range of the outer diameter is from 115 to 230 mm. Small discs are used in household ( bulk machines ), a larger diameter tool is suitable for cutting machines. They are characterized by stability of the operation and provide a smooth cut surface without burrs;
• stainless steel welding wire for argon arc ( Cromatig 308LSi and Croimatig 316LSi ) and semi-automatic welding ( Cromamig 308LSi and MIG 316 ) manufactured by Elga. Contains silicon and carbon additives that ensure high quality seam and minimal risk of inter-crystalline corrosion;
• brushes on steel. Used to remove scale, paint, rust, remove burrs, clean welding seams. Are made in the form of nozzles or include a rotating element. You can clean the part of any form, including hard to reach places.
