Stainless steel welded fittings in Novosibirsk
Welded fittings are used to create connections that ensure maximum tightness and strength. Such connections are necessary in pipelines under the influence of:
- aggressive or toxic work environment;
- high pressure, temperature or their differences;
- vibrations, bumps and other mechanical loads.
The tightness of the connection, which determines the reliability of the pipeline, depends on the quality of the welding seam. For the installation of welded fittings, to the bell, automatic, end welding is used. Welding fittings are used only in areas of steel pipes, which is dictated by the conditions of installation.
Our company offers the following types of welding fittings:
- stainless collars, or selection. They provide the most reliable connection and are used to dock pipes of different diameters, as well as to articulate the pipe end with the tank wall;
- bends, used to change the direction of the working flow. Made seamless and electric welded;
- steel transitions concentric and eccentric for connecting sections of the pipeline with different diameters;
- teens in the emergency seamless and electric welded for branching or merging the flows of the working environment;
- stalls made of steel elliptical to create dead end sections of the pipeline.
The bends and threes are made seamless and electric welded. Seamless fittings provide greater strength of the connection unit compared to electric welded ones. The latter are used in sections of the pipeline with a large diameter.
The welded fittings supplied by our company are made of AISI 304, AISI 316, 12 ( 08 ) X18N10T stainless steel. Products are characterized by high mechanical strength, heat and acid resistance, chemical neutrality, durability. Welded fittings withstand temperatures up to 450 ° C and pressures up to 10 MPa, resistant to vibrations, bumps and aggressive media.
