Flanges – is one of the most common types of fittings used to connect sections of pipelines, parts, shafts, etc. Their designs are very diverse. Our company offers several models of this class of fittings. All of them, with the exception of the free silhouette flange, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, AIS 316, 12x18n10t ( AISI 321 ). Stainless flanges have the following advantages:

• high strength connection. They can work at high pressure, high or low temperatures and at large drops of the indicated values, withstand vibration, shock loads, etc.;
• tightness;
• corrosion resistance;

• the possibility of re-installation ( with the exception of private flanges ).

Stainless steel flanges are widely used in pipelines for various purposes, including those operating in conditions of high loads, aggressive environments, high and low temperatures: at the enterprises of the oil and gas complex, chemical, pharmaceutical, food industry. Flange connections are used in machine-building industries, in construction and housing and communal services.

Our range includes the following types of flanges:

• welded flanges. During installation, they are put on the connected elements and welded to them at the hole contour. We supply welded flanges of two kinds - flat and with a mirror. Mirror - a small ledge around the central joint hole with the return flange during assembly. At the same time, greater accuracy of the connection is achieved;
• collar flanges. They have a conical ledge in the center, the end of which is welded to the end of the pipe. The connection has increased reliability and tightness due to the uniform distribution of loads;
• free stainless flanges. They are equipped with a special ring, which is welded to the pipe, and the flange remains free. Free flanges provide ease and accuracy of installation and are used for installation in hard-to-reach places;
• flange plugs. Serve to create dead end branches of the pipeline. Two types are supplied: flat and with a connecting ledge;
• gaskets to ensure the tightness of the flange connection. Made from rhannite, Teflon, synthetic rubber ( EPDM ).
